I would like a fresh take on things, especially the combat. As long as it has an immersive environment and an engaging story with a good Zelda feel, I'm open to change.

While I wouldn't want Zelda to be completely absent from the next game, breaking the traditional "Link puts on green clothes, acquires cool sword, rescues princess Zelda" would be an interesting move. The Zelda universe has become gigantuar and almost begs for an adventure that takes a completely different direction from previous games. Breaking the traditional formula would also give Aonuma and his lackeys more freedom to do things not possible in previous setups.
