Assuming you're from the US, they did that already.  Wii Fit U launches on November first as a free one month trial for people who own a Balance Board.  At that point they'll sell fit meters, and if you buy the fit meter, you get to keep Wii Fit U.  If you want a packaged version, that comes out on December 13th.

Not happy about Tropical Freeze but 3D World, Sonic, Zelda, Ace Attorney and Bravely Defauly will keep me busy. Weird that they didn't say anything about Wii Fit U or Wii Sports U, or the new system update.

That was a very good direct. At least for the 3DS. Really looking forward to Bravely Default, Kirby and Pheonix. Not sure how I feel about the Rent-a-weapon thing in Zelda though.

WiiU showing was disappointing, but it's obvious by this point that the 3ds is the favored child.

I was really excited the Streetpass relay points will now give you data from the last 6 people.

But (at least in the NA Direct) they showed Assassin's Creed and some other stuff. Even have a Just Dance w/ Wii Remote bundle.
