The only way I'll buy another 3DS model of any kind is if they make a Pachirisu 3DS. Too bad Nintendo isn't smart enough to make one of those. :L

@KylieDog:
It doesn't have enough buttons?

The shoulder buttons on the 3DS are really fragile for some reason.

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/profile/92109/nintendopie/ Nintendopie  Was obviously right and I was obviously wrong. I will forever be a lesser being than them. (6/16/13)

Mine arent^

Weird how people have already had some malfunctioning parts on their 3DS. I've had my 3DS for over 2 years now and everything works just fine. I use my 3DS a lot, too. I easily have over 2,000 hours of gameplay on the 3DS.

Any way you can clean it out. Someone (rolls eyes and looks around) got a little food on one of my controllers shoulder buttons, and it got a little funky.

I use some alcohol, q-tip and some paper to clean it out.

Something about do not eat cookie dough and play your games unless you are absolutely sure there is no cookie dough sneaking around on your hand(s).

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

they dont make em like they used to, same thing happened to my DS

I was suggesting Nintendo should update the firmware to always support the CPP if connected.  It's buttons are much better.

i know what you mean, the ZL/ZR buttons on the thing would make Mario Kart a ton more enjoyable.

Call Nintendo customer service. You may still be under warranty even though it is over a year. I believe they give you a few months extension if you register your system through Club Nintendo. If not they might still fix it for free if you complain enough (if the phone call results in you still having to pay then send an email). I sent an email after getting off the phone with a representative and received a call back within a couple hours stating they would send me a free copy of Wii Sports (broke it in half after being frustrated with it being the only game my Wii didn't recognize sometimes, blamed it on the paper case they provided saying that it didn't protect the game as well as a plastic case).

Woot! The R button is working again! I may continue to wreck face in Mario Kart! ^_^

Now I just gotta hope it never screws up again.
