The orignal Pokemon games had originality behind them in those days. The brand is 17 years old. They aren't getting 31 million again. And also, there where 3 versions released.

Not totally correct. Red and Green in japan where first. Then Blue came out with better graphic designs. US took Blue's graphics and put them in our Red, and kept Blue.  Then Just reprogramed our Red and Blue to match the exclusive trading Pokemon setup from original Red and Green. There is still 3 primary versions.

Then we got the 2DS in the West to account for. France and Germany and the other two will buy the shit outta pokemon too, then you gotta count Australia and everywhere else its coming out in.

Shit its got 7 languages in it boy

So really wanna bet on 6 million?

Also the fact nothings been revealed is friends are gonna be talking about this like nuts. Add miiverse and you have the perfect storm for the second coming of Red and Blue (Which Happens to be Pokemon Gold and Silver)

Streamlined multiplayer brah.

 

DS had 9 pokemon games guys. 9. Of course there is some slowdown. But this Pokemon game is the one with the most differences since GS. Its going to hit at least 22 million lifetime.

yes thatis correct but every region had two versions, blue just replaced green!

We got a first worldwide release (excluding some countries),but it really depends on the first time Pokémon gamers, which there is lots & lots & lots of them,but is there enough of them to do so, I doubt it, but there's a chance, just don't get your hopes up for it.

thats a loss bet, you have to realise that there is only one day of sales here. (2 in japan). FW WW will be 3mil-5mil

Monster Hunter did 1.97 million in 2 days. Also having stock issues

Pokemon is bigger. Only way this doesnt pan out is if Nintendo underships like usual

unlike MH4, this is a WW release, dont get me wrong, i hope it does 2mil. Its just supply issue that mightbmess it up
