Dengeki have been releasing sales figures for as long as I've been following Japanese sales.  They just release them ~ 24 hours after Famitsu/Media Create, so I (and I presume Noctis) don't always remember to check.

I think they provide a good look at whether Media Create or Famitsu was closer to being correct when there's big discrepancies between the two.

Fair enough. I merely look at MC and Famitsu, and with Dengeki sorta just...appearing the past month or so, I assumed it was new.

Dengeki is another publisher like Famitsu. They publish most platform specific magazines though. Not sure of their business outside of gaming though.

Thanks!! So will catch up after Pokemon releases with much bigger momentum going to the holidays than last year. That said AC did release then in Japan while nothing huge is releasing this holiday season for the 3DS. Would still think MH4 + Pokemon will have a huge impact on the holdays.

Puzzle & Dragons Z isn't huge.

It's bigger than huge. :P Not really, of course I don't expect it to be bigger than Animal Crossing. It's a very big game for November; we'll see how it plays out.

Puzzle & Dragons Z isn't huge.

It's bigger than huge. :P Not really, of course I don't expect it to be bigger than Animal Crossing. It's a very big game for November; we'll see how it plays out.

So its the sequel to Puzzle and Dragons which sold 13 million units in Japan alone?
