Everything was amazing about that game. Everything. It's officially my favourite game of all time. |
I agree:). I was excited when Nintendo said Retro would announce a game soon. I was bummed out that it was Donkey Kong, nothing against donkey kong games. Just doesn't hold a candle to Retro's Metroid games IMHO:)

Exactly. Retro don't have the kind of skillset required to pull off something like that.

I'd rather see Retro do something new, but if they have to do yet another Nintendo IP they should get to do Star Fox...
I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.
Why have Retro do Star Fox of all things?
Nintendo has a bunch of old Ip's just sitting around, they could do something completely new with an Ice Climbers 3D platformer out the blue and no one would see it coming.
man I so want Metroid FPA with VR!!
I'll probably be 40 before that happens though :´(

yeaaaaa buddy:)
Their staff should have been upgraded years ago so that they could be working on multiple titles for release this year and next year in quick succession.
At the very latest, once it was clear DKCR was going to be a good sized hit in late 2010, the company should've been rewarded then with a new second team and raises for the key staff all around.
