I just bought a Vita yesterday (I've had a 3DS for awhile) and considered taking it back after my first few hours with it. Basically what happened is that I got the Walking Dead bundle and when I went to actually try to download the game it was a nightmare.

Everything went smoothly at first (firmware update and making a PSN account to access the store) but the actual downloading of the game took several attempts and went incredibly slow and it actually gave me an error message during one of the attempts.  I had to go to work but my girlfriend eventually got it to download.

I have a 80/30 Mbps connection so it's ridiculous how poor PSN is on Vita for me. I may take it back if I run into any other issues since the place I bought it from (Costco) has a 90 day no questions asked return policy on electronics. The Vita's screen is amazing though, it seems like pretty amazing hardware I just wish the system software was just as amazing.

Already have one, converted me from 3DS as primary platform to Vita. I wonder if people are buying that Tiger Game.com thing in the US in error?

My biggest complaint is there are too many awesome games that don't get physical releases meaning the memory cards fill up too easily, especially for the price.

I'm sort of interested but I'm waiting to at least until they are 150 and the memory cards are a bit more reasonable priced

I wouldn't consider myself a 3DS enthusiast, in that I have one, but don't use it that much.
I have a Vita as well, but probably won't use it a whole lot either.

To me it seems like all it's got going for it is pure power, which by itself is not a selling point for me (despite Sony's constant insistence that it is). It's got no games I'm interested in, it's huge and its lack of a clamshell design just makes it harder and riskier to keep in my pocket. Just not the system for me.

Interested in both, but not enough to buy any of them. Waiting for better games that interest me and a cheaper price point.

Ill say this as a 3DS owner, and am totally serious when saying this:

I don't want a Vita because it sells bad and to purchase it means I have bad taste and am now part of the lower tiers of society. Hipsters buy things that aren't popular to stand out, I am not one so to buy something not successful is a automatic "life fail".
