If people were actually aware of this game the old italian plumber would be in serious trouble. But this way, Nintendo can afford to make the same fucking game for 20 more years.

So unnecessary and a sad trolling attempt.

If you are to blame someone, it is the gamers who prefer FPS over games thst are actually fun.

That is such an ignorant thing to say. FPS can be fun to, you know. It's all a matter of perspective.

I did my part. I'm loving this game, and don't understand how it doesn't sell more.

Releasing a game at the same time as GTA V was folly.... If they had of stuck to their WII U release date earlier in the year and released on PS3/360 later on they would have done well.... Fail...
Too bad because the game is great, especially the Wii U version.
It also speaks of a larger problem, I have been gaming for 30 years and the lack of new IP and consumers inclination to buy sequels means creativity is @ an all time low and gaming is becoming stale.
As much as PS4 is going to be awesome its primarily the same old shit with better graphics***yawn***

Why bring up PS4 here? Why there can't be creativity and innovation in software, new IPs on PS4? Just because it doesn't have a new way to play games that isn't neccessarily better than the "conventional" one?

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

The problem is kids aren't supporting these games.

If I was 9/10 years old I would be really interested in something like Wonderful 101 ... but today's kids seem to have no interest.

Ditto for Puppeteer, honestly it seems like it's a small niche group of hardcore adult fans that support these games.

Skylanders disproves your thesis, i think. Spyro was prominent in there for a moment, but quickly pulled to the background.

Wonderful 101 had a very confused identity, and is a bad example, since Nintendo clearly lacks faith in the title given shipments and (lack of) promotion, similarly to Puppeteer, which i don't think was heard of outside of forums and such. LittleBigPlanet did get a push and did okay to pretty good, depending on the game.

Knack's going to be the next victim, handily, but there's another game that its respective publisher doesn't give a damn about.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I've finished Rayman Origins and both LBP games, and even though they all got excellent reviews I still prefer 2D Mario. They were all fun, but at the end of the day Mario's 2D platform formula keeps winning me back to question whether I should bother picking this game up or not.

I bought Rayman Origins, when it was available for 10€ @ Playstation Store and I stopped playing it after 30 minutes. I just didn't like the Gameplay and the overall feeling of the game... That's why I'm not going to buy Rayman Legends. I do love the Super Mario Platformers though.

It's the same with me.

I like the graphics, the style, the music, etc. but when it comes to play it ... it just doesn't feel right to me.

It has always happened to me with Rayman, even the first ones.

Please excuse my bad English.

It's good that it went multiplat then to give it a little boost at least, especially since Wii U can't sell 3rd party games.

Maybe you should take a look at how much it sold on each platform. WiiU version outsold any other in PAL charts first week.

Is there a point in there somewhere?

Your assertion that Wii U can't sell third party games when this version outperforms its rivals.

10-100 copies more is not outperforming!
