I heard nothing but praise for this game from ign. Even though im not a huge soccer fan, I might check this out to see what the buzz is about.

There is one big problem I see with the controls. Pro Evo is a game that me and my friends are very passionate about and we tend to move around/jump around/wave our arms about a lot when playing. Could somewhat affect the on screen movement :) Now if only they could use that mic in the wii mote to motivate your players when your swearing at the screen.

I'm really pissed off that PS3 version was crap graphics, my eyes are actually hurting cause I just played like 5 games.
It will be interesting to see whether this really works, if it truly revolutionary, I might be pushed towards getting this game

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the PS3 and 360 versions of this game suffer from massive amounts of glitches and bugs, going so far as to affecting gameplay? I'm looking at gamerankings, and the PS3 version is at 72% and the 360 version is at 76%, which seem to be by far the lowest scores this series has ever gotten. Has any of this been fixed for the Wii version?

the wii version is a completely different game from ps360 one, so those bugs/glitches wouldn't be there

it could still have new bugs/glitches, but getting all 9s/1 8 from famitsu means most likely that isn't the case

I'd prefer it if it was hockey too, as I understand the playing strategies better, but I'm seriously considering getting this title.

That's really saying something since I've never owned a console sports game before (okay Tiger Woods, and Mario Strikers but you know what I mean).

Some PES hardcore may be put off by the radically different controls, but I think a lot of people will embrace them. As Chrizum said, this is really the first Next-Gen sports title.
