Whether it be a game remade, Sega re-entering the console market, or a cross-over game of your choice... I have a few, here's a couple in order of which would make my gaming dreams come true...

3) Final Fantasy VIII full remake - not a typo, VIII was one of my favorites, but has a lot of room for improvement (such as the crappy draw system)

2) Suikoden 2 being released on PSN - Hope one day this comes true

1) Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2 released on PS Vita - God I loved those games

EDIT (honourable mentions):

Tekken (my favorite series since PSone) reduce the over reliance on juggles and bounds - Tekken Revolution has done this! :D

A new Star Wars Battlefront - God I miss it and its happening! :D

Full 3D Street Fighter - With Tekken X Street Fighter still planned, this should happen! :D

Final Fantasy IX with a complete graphical remake all on one disc for PS4. Some sort of special edition containing all art, soundtrack, sheet music, 1/8 figure of Garnet, and my life would happy forever.

Rare going back to Nintendo and simultaneously regaining all the talent it lost over the previous decade or so.

Also, a true sequel to Super Mario 64 structured similar to the original, and a true Banjo 3 to go along with it.
