The majority of COD games weren't 720p on the PS3, yet we got games like Uncharted 2&3 on it. :P
But unlike the PS3 with CELL the Xbone doesn't really have that kid of secret sauce :P

I wonder if guys like him realize that they do more harm as good for Microsoft. They should simply say that they build the Xbox One for what they think is important (with kinect and stuff like that) and not acting as if PS4 wouldn't be really stronger when they know that people will see a month or two later how that was bullshit.

I mean, it's not as if the difference is like between Wii and PS360 but why don't they simply do it like Nintendo did and concentrate on their own stuff instead of trying to tell people stuff about power differences to PS4 which seems to be simply wrong?

It is really not that hard...

And I'll keep making love to my wife while enjoying myself as a gamer. Gaming on a 1080p 55" is very nice especially when the source is 1080p native.

Oh I agree that it's definitely MS's intent or perhaps hope.  I'm just not sure it'll pan out that way.  Regardless though it'll be interesting to watch, long as all three stay healthy I don't mind the crazy competitions and console "wars" that go on.  At least it's interesting and lively.  


yeap, well I have faith since more and more people are "gamers" / tech enthusiasts on both side (chicks and dicks) gaming and multimedia is a 10 to 60 years old business now or close to it.... people like us are an ever declining minority... like geeks are nothing more than fashion victims now a day.... everybody is a geek now... true hardcore nerds are the 21 century geeks etc etc... technology and video entertainement is the new washing machine revolution... and to me MS understands that better than Sony or maybe they have more financial power to expand their reach... I dunno but it will be nice to witness how it goes....

Im not sure who has talked about OS crashing at gaf but so far a lot of the insiders have been right. Add in the fact that MS hasnt demoed it yet and you have to be slightly alarmed. (The license excuse is just bullshit since there are mulriple easy solutions)

Thank god he necroed it, I wanted to do it on 30th sep, but it was already dug so deep that I gave up.

yeah nice try here too good for you... mine is also a gamer... but we could try to do both at the same time, good idea.... I don't see what is changing beside power with PS4.... but good for you if you enjoy what you buy.... It's just sad to see Sony gamers spending more time trying to find weakness on other console than qualities on their own.... you don't ever see me on the Sony forum talking about all the things I don't like or are missing on PS... I have a list, but I really don't care really... I spend already way too much time on the MS part of the forum and have way too many XB games left to play to bother and not enough time to play them all...
