Both consoles will be completely sold out at launch, who cares who launches first? The winner will be determined by whichever one can produce more units.

You do realize that they don't have to beat Sony's launch in order to have a successful launch, just like 3rd place this gen isn't really a bad thing. If everyone sells well then everyone wins.

200% of 0 is basically nothing.

This does not mean anything until we know what the pre-orders were before hand. Real world example

When Blue Dragon released in Japan for the 360, the consoles sales increased by 784%. That sounds very impressive but when you look at the hard numbers, not so much.

4k sales to just over 35k.

People use percentages because it looks better. An increase is an increase though, which should not be scoffed at.

Yeah but what was their pre order number before?? 200% can mean from from 2000 units to 6000 units or 200.000 to 600.000 units

The 360 did not a have a big launch, neither did the PS3.

A good trade considering ps4 will be first in NA market, let see which one would benefit the most.

Which tells us exactly nothing at all since we have no idea what "pre-order supply" means in numbers..
