I understood that Poké Transport will only allow you to put gen5 pokés in Poké Bank. How can you take them back to X/Y without access to Poké Bank ?

They set up an online page for poke bank: http://www.pokemonxy.com/en-us/strategy/

Interesting:
"Note: You may find yourself unable to use Pokémon Bank or Poké Transporter to deposit any Pokémon created illegally by software unauthorized by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo into your online Boxes, or to move these Pokémon between online Boxes."

I hope they really manage to kill cheated pokemons altogether!

oh really, i only didn't want transfers cuz of cheated pokemon, now this does all of us both favors!
