They stopped playing DOTA? The number of people playing at any given time just keeps increasing. It's one of the most addicting games of all time (along with other MOBAs).
OT: Dota 2 (free) and Rome II and you will be set for life. Guaranteed. Also, why no shooters? You should try Bioshock, Half-Life, Portal and the like. They're not like your typical shooters. |
Well, whenever I go into the Gameart lab when the guys are taking break from the hours they put in everyday to developer characters, maps assets and more, they are playing League of Legens. Don't ask me why, but these guys have played DOTA and for some odd reason they are always playing League.

I recommend these steam games
I would also recommend But they are shooters/First person-Third person.
The reason why I didnt list anything else is because these are some of the games I own XD. |

That's discouraging I was actually planning on buying that game soon. I think the original is among my fav top 4 pc games: Doom, Diablo, Day of Defeat(mod and related mods), Starcraft...
Not neccesarily in that order, but I loved the custom maps and things like that on top of the game as well.

It's still a great game, but I felt like Blizzard tried to do too much, cram too much into the game, and as a result, it's tougher to really get into. The first was more cut and dry, more pick up and play.. It's also riddled with cutscenes, which I'm not huge on.
Try Brothers or Rocksmith! Brothers got great reviews and will touch your soul.
Civilization V
Total War: Shogun 2
Bastion
Portal
SimCity 4
Torchlight II
Tropico 3 (probably Tropico 4, too, just haven't tried it yet)
Link to a Brothers Review.
OBS a might be a Little spoiler if you intend to play it!
