I love Capcom. Of course they make some bad games sometimes, but I go where the games interest me and I have yet to be disappointing by any of their games. Well there is actually one and it's the highly overrated Okami but it's made by Clover.

They've had some great games still recently:
Despite the milking of SFIV, It's an amazing game and best 1v1 money maker, take EVO tournaments for example.
Dragon's Dogma is amazing.
They still make Ace Attorney.
Dead Rising is a fantastic series.
A lot of their arcade titles are great

However some really dumb decisions over the years:
DMC got good reviews but the backlash online was completly ignored by Capcom pre-release.
Digital only Phoenix Wright will hurt sales I'd imagine.
The quality of SFXTekken was pretty bad.
Killing off Megaman.
Releasing Lost Planet 3 in late August with no marketing whatsoever. RIP Lost Planet.
Bringing back Breath of Fire as a mobile game.. L O fucking L.
Having so many studios working on RE6 to the point it became a cluster fuck, and a sub-par RE game.
Bionic Commando re-boot on the 360/PS3 was pretty terrible.
The death of the uber niche awesome Steel Battalian, by making it a Kinect/Controller hybrid with terrible controls.

You should be grateful these were there in the first place.

Without capcom, the first monster hunter wouldn't even exist, and kamiya and inaba would have done something else.

Capcom is a love/hate thing. Really dislike the overmilking they do with their franchises.

Personally I enjoyed RE5 & 6 over RE4. I just love coop and ya sucks for those that had to play with shitty AI but dont hate cause you didn't have an awesome gaming partner cause it was fun as hell.

Wish they can create another Dino Crisis cause DC3 was shit and in space. (Prefer DC2 over DC1 as it was more action based whereas DC1 was more like RE1 just replaced zombies with dinosaurs). Capcom is just a scared company and and my guess is that they will probably wait to see if the next Jurassic Park movie will do well or not, then that will decided if they should make another DC game.

Also sucks that they wont continue the Onimusha series because its too Japanese and wont be appealing to the West.

Im sure the plan for those two series is best not to do them at the moment in a business perspective but those were awesome games.

           Duh. Of course the first MH wouldn't exist without Capcom. That's like saying the first Sonic wouldn't exist without Sega.

Did you actually just compare a game developer milking a franchise to children being raped?

I'm not offended. I'm just amused that someone would actually stoop that low to try and make a point on a video game forum. 

Considering how appalling child rape is, you must really feel violated by Capcom's milking of Street Fighter 4. Have their antics caused you physical pain? Has you self worth been decimated by the existence of one or more of these SF4 upgrades? Do you cry yourself to sleep at night or go to therapy because of the emotional trauma you  feel due to  this franchise milking?

Inquiring minds want to know. And I'm sure many rape victims would like to hear about your coping methods, and recovery.

They are agreat company. I really like Capcom
