They should at least do something for early adopters, even if it's only having Reggie show up at your door and laugh in your face.

I'm not really that surprised. The 3DS price cut was much larger and happened sooner.

old news :P
also, think about it. the 3DS got a bigger price cut and was out for a few months. WiiU got a smaller price cut (money and percentage wise) and the time it took for it was later than the 3DS :P

@poll, i want them to have one, but it makes sense that they don't.

But what will all the self entitled gamers do!

Hands up if you're surprised. Disappointed (because I like me free games!), but expected.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Its wasnt a price drop of 80 dollars/euros. It was just the standard 50 price-cut. In essence its just the black model matching the price of the white model that was discontinued.

wii U should be sold for 200$ to mach the proce cut from 3DS.

And also, people who bought wii U latter got great games like super metroid, super mario world, among other, for 30 cents.
new comers wont get it.

so ambassor program already happen, somehow.

Not exactly disappointed at no ambassador program, doesn't really bother me much.

But I picked yes! Because, hell, why not? Who doesn't like free games!

Fair in my mind. It's much less of a gap (10 months versus 5 months last time) and less of a price gap ($50 USD vs, what, $80?)

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I never thought they would do it either way, but it would be nice if they gave us some kind of gift anyways.

They have been doing the 30 year anniversary thing for us early adopters, and that's some sort of ambassador program.
