I've actually heard more positive things than negative things from people who have played it at E3 (or was it just watched at E3?) and Gamescom.

I'm not holding my breath for it to be groundbreaking or amazing. I do, however, expect it to be a simply fun game...and from the looks and sounds of things, I won't be disappointed.

These look mostly like short scenes being taken out of the context of the game as a whole.

I got to play it at E3. The demo was polished and the controls were fine. Any bugs I'm seeing here will probably be fixed by November. This build is also at least a month old, if not more. The most up to date builds are never shown at events because it takes time to make the demo.

The main issue with Ryse is that there is nothing special about it. It is pretty much just a glorified tech demo, at least going by what I've played. That won't make it a terrible, buggy game with poor controls, but it won't make it a great game either.

with all the motin capture they have done I'm pretty sure it's more than a tech demo.... it has a story.... it has a great setting and if the game play is not broken... I'm sold... what do you expect that's not here??? I don't get your point??? is it good or bad ???

we are already very close to release. 

I dont think they can revamp and fix the entire combat system in such a short time.

it doesn't need revamp and fix... it has mere visual glitches in those gif. in an MP mode most people that want that game and/or like that genre don't give two rats ass about it.

Who cares? Ryse is not a well established FPS, nor is it a long awaited, massively hyped new IP from Playstations most revered developer, launching in a time where it has no competition.

Plus you're talking about preorder numbers anyway, which are both inaccurate, and irrelevant anyway. Currently KZ6 is tracking ahead of BF4 on PS3. Does anyone honestly expect it to outsell BF4 on PS3?

^KZ:SF isn't on PS3..... ONLY on PS4. It's the only true next-gen FPS
