I dont think they can revamp and fix the entire combat system in such a short time. 

it doesn't need revamp and fix... it has mere visual glitches in those gif. in an MP mode most people that want that game and/or like that genre don't give two rats ass about it.

the game looks perfectly fine to my taste, finally a decent roman era game.
