I was going to say this. Just by watching the gameplay you realize that it's not a Hack 'n Slash game but an Action game.

Hack n' Slash games usually allow you to perform large combos and combat is very fluid. However, in this game you don't see anything like that because it's an action game. Combat is totally different, I'm pretty sure that special attacks will be also very different.

Exactly. A proper hack n slash would leave windows open for a variety of moves and combos. I have not seen one proper combo meter video yet for this game. This game is hack n slash in the sense of Dark Souls based on animation, which is barely.

Good games always get lots of bad press by gamers with agendas. Ive seen it before.

This game is getting alot of flame attention.

That tells me alot of people are jealous of this game and wish it was on there console.

Just be happy with the path you have chosen guys.

Im happy with mine. And I would love to have Infamous on The One. But alas I cant. So I made my bed.

Easy tiger.

Ryse has been getting good press after Gamescom. It s combat sounds interesting and deep. Good grapics to boot. If this is even say as good as I found Dantes Inferno or Castlevania LOS. Then Im well happy. i loved those games.

I watched about a minute of the video and I can say it looks like something I wouldn't touch. God of war and DMC are still king of hack and slash. This game will do nothing for the genre.
