the topic is about ony stating ps4 + fifa (a game) is cheaper than xone alone. so saying that statement works against ps4 (vs wii u) is not off topic.

Kinect makes you more ultra modern, and not stuck in the stone ages of gaming confined to just a gamepad ;)


How exactly does it make you more "ultra-modern"? I'm not convinced until I see Kinect 2.0 in action especially since they only partially delivered what they showed us Kinect could do back at E3 2009.

it's true and you never saw me complaining about the ps3 price in 2007. i just didn't buy the ps3 at release because i didn't want to pay so much just because blu-ray was so expensive and i didn't plan to buy more than a few blu-ray movies. 

but it was sony's strategy to put blu-ray in every console and not as peripheral and sony had high costs which means the price was fair or even too low considering how much money sony lost with every sold console.

No, you keep the games even after your PS Plus subscription runs out. 

You don't keep the free ones, just the ones you got discounts on.  


I haven't had plus for about 2 weeks now.. My free games still work fine.

You know very damn well that adding the cost of an eye toy to the supposed cost of what it would take to play fifa on PS4 makes no sense at all.

We game on gaming consoles because that's what we need it to do: play games. Anything else is superfluous and is just an additional perk, if anything.

Vast majority of people do not want Kinect.  Must be great paying for stuff do not want.


The fact is that the xbox one has kinect bundled for $500 plus the game. Without kinect it would have been the same price of the ps4 plus the game. It would be even cheaper for the xbox if that was the case. Xbox one with fifa 14 =$400 

Ps4 + $60 fifa 14 = $460
