there's a little of true in there.
the only way to avoid costumers to resell their games is if them buy only digital games, cos u cant resell digital games.
a bunch of indies, psn+ (that will increase massively its audience due obligatority to play online) giving free digital games and proce drops in others is the way to avoid people to resell their games, cos almost all will be digital.
