Poland FTW!

And I wouldn't cross out Japan just yet. TGS is upon us and I wouldn't be surprised if they would announce a mid-late december launch there.

True, but Japan should've been there since its the official list. Theres nothing big about announcing it.

So why are MS and Sony neglecting Japan?

Poor Japan.

TGS for japan

"Gamer's day" for middle east.

you also see no middle eastern country is shown , because it was announced yet, same as asia.

Sure I am just thinking they would make like a sort of "reveal" for Japan, they plan on making a conference prior to TGS, every conference about PS4 was held outside of Japan. So I guess they may do the conference, cover the Japanese games, give the official price and say:"surprise, surprise we launch in december, yada, yada" But of course that's a long shot :D

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

it is almost sold out in australia. In eb games you can only reserve a console for 2014 :(
But it took me 2 hours to find a retailer that still stocks it. So hopefully i can pre order tmrrw. I am worried that i might not get it this november

Thats like going home to Italy and saying you like slow cooked food when you went to America and became addicted to fried chicken and every year you go back to Italy saying you like slow cooked food, but yet go back three hundred and sixty-four days of the year you're eating fried chicken.

P.S.

I hope that made sense. LOL I have a comedic sense of humor.

It's all about third party games, and Nintendo has none. If Nintendo were truly competing, they would have had a similar console to the PS4/X1. Nintendo is trying to appeal to a different audience, while Sony and Microsoft are fighting for the same crowd. At this point, Sony and Microsoft aren't worried about Nintendo.

yes. None.

SC: Blacklist / CoD: Ghosts / Skylanders / Watch_Dogs / AC IV / Rayman / Batman Origins etc

and a lot of Indie games.

You are right. None

I'm sorry for not making myself clear. The won't be getting MAJORITY of the third party games. Dying Light, GTA 5, The Division, Destiny, The Crew, NFS: Rivals, Battlefield 4, etc... But lets be real, do you expect third party games to sell well on the Wii U? The people who have a Wii U will most likely get them on a different gaming platform.

...Are Sony and Microsoft both forfeiting Japan to Nintendo?

Since TGS is coming soon, we should probably hold of on that assumption, especially since Sony seems to be the only one having a notable presence there.

Fair enough. I just don't want to wait another month for the info. :(

If PS4 isn't launching this year in Japan, it would be particularly jarring considering some of the other countries getting it this year which represent much smaller markets. So I do expect a November/December date for PS4... but if they don't... man. That would be weird.

For Xbone, it doesn't even matter, of course. I doubt they would be able to obtain any kind of foothold in Japan even if they launched there tomorrow.

Good list. I'm surprised that Japan or Taiwan or Korea aren't on the list though. South America is doing well though.

Also, South Africa gets PS4 in December. Why isn't that on the list?
