This looks like its really early into development.

With crytek developing it i think it is something to look out for. It has potential at least. Crytek just needs to prove they can make a truly good game experience.  Still way too early to tell.

Theyve done a good job so far.  Crisis, Far Cry, and Warface has all turned out well.  They are a young company that still can improve.  But they have already left a mark on gaming.

Very interesting to see an upcoming game in pre-alpha (or whatever it's called). How they use place holders, test the gameplay and stuff.

Also, Homefront is the underdog in the shooter battle so it's kinda cool to imagine what the developers are thinking, I wonder what their strategy is when they're making this game, if they're trying to niche it (with those small remote vehicles perhaps like in the original and its predecessor) or if they're simply trying to outdo COD/BF on all fronts (no pun intended).

Very very early footage indeed. I enjoyed the first. Admitadly the gameplay wasnt great but the story was well thought out. Lets see if this will be an improvement.
