If this is more expensive than the other versions it will be another purchase scratched from my list.

I was curious about this game when it was originally released but didn't get it. Now that it's on Wii U I will most likely buy it.

Old game + small install base + multiplatform with systems that have 26-27 times bigger install bases

= More likely to flop than a flaccid penis during a nude run

Square Enix needs more excuses to justify ignoring the Wii U, now that the "it's a hardware thing" is looking more ridiculous with every game that uses the console power.

Plus it was free on Ps+ for a while.

I'm buying it when released for pc, because it's my favorite game this gen.

The only reason to buy it would be if you really really loved it, and wanted things a bit better like with the international or final mix versions of kingdom hearts or final fantasy or enhanced editions of the witcher (except those were free) . But, it will be mostly the same experience at a much higher cost, initially i doubt it will do much, but it didn't cost much either, so I guess it's a win win, though minor.

Yeah I heard it was a good game but had some frustrating elements like Boss Battles that're fixed in the new version. i'll wait and see.
