Forums - Nintendo - Multiplats where the Nintendo version was better

to be fair all those games in the OP but Silent Hill were late ports. Which late ports are usually better(they better be) which says alot about the actual multiplat situation for Ninty

Not sure that Nintendo ports are normally better - a few of Nintendo's late ports even get less features! Just goes to shows.

yeah if we really wanna look at multiplats and NOT ports, which the op seems to be doing, it isnt really rosy. You would have to go back to the SNES when it was mostly decent. N64 got ports really late. think RE2 came out a year and a half later? GC faired better but even then i would argue that best case scenario it was just as good as xbox version, sometimes worse. Wii...dont even need to get in it, probably count on one hand which were better on that system. Wii U, too soon to tell. Its seems to be the same or worst in some cases.

As someone said before me The Godfather: Blackhand edition was a blast. Bashing people's head on a counter with motion controls is so satisfying.

Batman Arkham City Armored Edition, I'm playing it right now.

I thought it had slow down?

I'm playing it right now too. Beat the main game and now tying up loose ends + getting medals in the other modes, haven't experienced slowdown at all. There have been a few times where I had to wait a couple of seconds for the game to load while gliding between regions of the map, but that isn't really slowdown so much as entering a new area and letting the scene load between levels. So yes, the Wii U version of Batman is the superior version when you consider it has free DLC + B.A.T. Mode + GamePad support.

I'm pretty sure PS3 delivers a smoother framerate, even aside from the apparent slowdowns when loading map or fighting many enemies. But yeah, there are the gamepad features. I'd call it a wash, personally.

Deus Ex Director's Cut will likely be better on Wii U.

What about GoldenEye 007 (Wii vs. PS360)?

The Wii version is better than the 360 version thanks to pointer controls, (and time trial mode, which was inexplicably missing on PS3/360) but the PS3 version supports Move, so that one might be the best if Move works as well as the Wiimote + Nunchuk for it. (haven't had the chance to try)
