Neither system really interested me that much when I had them. It wasn't until recently I started hearing about all the great games I missed out on.

PSP games still interest me far more. Persona, Metal Gear Solid and Ys, and Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII is the best portable game I've ever played.

EDIT: Correction, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII WAS the best portable game I had ever played until Persona 4 Golden came along.

DS had a much better library, PSP also has a badass library as well but doesn't have the abundance of quality games like the DS. I feel like the DS has one of the all time best libraries, great games for just about every genre... It's just a shame that the Battle Network games were followed up with the horrendous Star Force series lol.

im saying that the most objective way of measure we have says DS has more rpgs in the 70-100 range....actually 40% more in number
which is my book a better way to evaluate the quality of both libraries rather than the experience of a guy who hasnt played half of both

DS has the better library, but I've spent a lot more time on my PSP due to it's emulation.

I mostly gamed on a PSP only so i can only really say PSP. The DS looked like it had some amazing games though.
