LOL what, are they just going to completely erase your entire profile, achievement history, etc on XBone if you stop paying for Gold?

Yes, just like the 360 is going to only have a single account after the family plan thing ends (Unlike the 360 though, the X1 gets the XBL Home feature which is really nice).

So, people are getting A YEAR free! (3 month times 4 memberships = 12 months.)

And still complaining? Plus, with the ability to set your Xbox One as your home console, I think fewer family will have to get as many Xbox Live Memberships. (Unless they have many Xbox One's in the house.)

Sounds like a good deal for most situations.



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
