Sooo...announcing Ace Attorney vs Prof. Layton out of the blue is not a suprise for you? This ND was about "already announced games for 2013", mind you. Hell, Shibata even cosplayed the protagonist from Ace Attorney^^

It hasn't been a bad ND, at least if you had your expectations right. And a special Direct just for The Wonderful 101, nice! (I'm confident that Bayonetta will also appear ^.^)

Hmm, I liked 2 of those WiiUWare games...

I was'nt expecting anything so I can't say I'm disapointed. To be honest, only the footages of the 2 Zelda games made it worth my time, they both look amazing. Footages of Rayman Legends and Sonic were nice but nothing really new that made it worth waking up early. Everything else was crap, Idc about Mario and Luigi, they have talked about this game WAYYYY to much in the past months, I also don't care about the eshop games, art academy, Pokémon Rumble U or Proffessor Layton. And seriously, why the hell are they going out of their way to tell us we can make picture in Pikmin?! How is that a feature worth talking 5min about?!

So I was watching this, pretty bored (altho recently excited thx to the Zelda footages that just kinda saved the show), and then Iwata says that they will be closing with Animal Crossing:New Leaf. I was thinking to myself ''Really?! They are closing with Animal Crossing:New Leaf?! That game everyone knows about is their final topic?! LAME!'' But then, SURPRISINGLY, what they showed was by far the most exciting announcement of the day lol! That AC Plaza looks great and I think it was a grat idea hihi :D

Oh, and like I wanted, they confirmed a other character for Smash exactly how I asked for. So can't complain about that :)

PS: I can't wait for the year of Luigi to end! I always disliked him as a character, but now, everytime I hear the words ''year of Luigi'' it's making my skin crawl. Enough is enough!

KHlover: Not really because it been hinted all year. I'm not hating on Nintendo, it's that, as much views these directs get, I would spend that time for new announcements and use youtube and the media for small announcements like the ones in this direct. Games are being announced for the Xbox One and PS4 almost per week. Not to say that's going to kill the Wii U because I doubt it. I would of like it if they made a separated Direct solely for Indies games. I hope they do something like that soon. Nintendo announced that they have 20 - 30 indies games this year.

Not bad at all. Still no date for Wind Waker HD but given that it is releasing Oct 4th in Europe. It is probably Oct 6th here in NA. Animal Crossing stuff looks cute too.

Both of them, was Layton vs. Phoenix Wright also announced in the US Direct? I want to get one of the two games. Zelda was sweet, both of them look awesome. Especially excited A Link Between Worlds of course. Lastly, those Art Academy features specifically for the GamePad looked neat, can't wait to see some people's awesome artworks!

All-in-all, a good Direct !

EDIT: Any oh! Satoru Shibata is awesome, I like him. He did a good Phoenix Wright there at the end !
