They weren't all nobou uematsu's anyways.

It's being rearrange by one Hamauzu who was one of the main composers anyways. Whether it's good or not we'll see.
The beatles have a lot of songs that are rearranged that barely sound different. But are used to bring out minor sounds that weren't possible witht he lower fidelity.

FFx-2 last mission is a whole new game, it's like fftactics but you progress through a 100 level tower and on each 10th level there is a cutscene. It's really challenging and fun if you like FFT and such. FFx-2 international version also has a new colosseum mode wherein you fight the hardest of the bosses in the game(some are new like Shinra and the uhh giant orochi snake thingy). You can also "catch" creatures and characters in the game and use them as your party member. You can catch all the old character from ffx and ffx-2 including seymour, tidus, brother, nooj and gang, la blanc and gang, trema, chocobos, and A LOT more. 

Eternal calm is just a cutscene which happened after ffX which most of you probably know.

I was more interesting in a Vita version since getting a remarkable FF in a handheld is a whole new experience and therefore a big plus, but lately there has been some blur since the announcement of the two episodes sold seperatly.

He's not bad but he doesn't compose as memorable tracks as Uematsu. Hopefully the rearrangements will be as good as the originals, but I doubt it. We'll see, though.

PS3 or Vita. This is going to be very difficult.

Awesome! I am really excited about these 2, particularly X. Given there is no release date and KH is coming out in September, I'm doubtful of this coming before the PS4, so thank god for the basically confirmed cross-save

So, I'll be buying the PS3 and Vita versions, but probably playing the Vita version more since I don't know where my PS3 will actually be by then

Have never played Final Fantasy X or X2 but I recently got into the franchise playing Final Fantasy 13 so im excited to play this remake. I just don't know if I should get it for PS3 or PSVita.

Hyped is a big word but it'll probably the last game i buy this year. (hoping it will come 2013...)
