Probably not, Pokemon X/Y might be able to, other than that maybe Mario Kart 7 but I doubt it. How many 5 million sellers do u think it will have?

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on the strength of back-catalog sales from the end of this year through 2016/2017 of some of the already-released games you mentioned in the OP. Also depends on the kind of software lineup Nintendo has planned for 2014-2016.

Also depends if Nintendo makes a Player's Choice or Selects line to improve back-catalog sales to push some of the 3DS's earlier games over 5 million.

Yeah, but all their home consoles' ip on handeld will weaken their position on home console a lot.

So I don't think that's a good shoot for them.
