Maybe, maybe not. Depends on the strength of back-catalog sales from the end of this year through 2016/2017 of some of the already-released games you mentioned in the OP. Also depends on the kind of software lineup Nintendo has planned for 2014-2016.
Also depends if Nintendo makes a Player's Choice or Selects line to improve back-catalog sales to push some of the 3DS's earlier games over 5 million.
