This is such a good idea. Reduced lag time between using other console features and getting into a game. I'm picturing pressing "play online" in call of duty and instantly being taken to a full lobby that will start the game in a few seconds.

True though isn't it. Been a few recently and they barely get past one page. The next negative one, like... ohhh I dunno, "the One doesn't smell quite right", will get 10 pages of how the wrong smelling plastic is killing gaming.

its no secret that sony fans have a much more stronger present on this site than xbox ones. your comment wouldnt have been funny if it werent true.

but on the subject, it is an awesome feature, i hope sony steal the damn idea! i dont care of they are called our for it, bashed and trolled on. let them fanboys do what they want, its an awesome feature and i want it

That's great and all, but I'd really like to see server browsers become the standard for next gen.

I really don't get why people bitch about manufacturers copying featuers. Who the fuck cares who thought of it first? 

i like it when they do that honestly, it means a company knows a good idea when they see one.

I wouldn't count on it. I think console gamers prefer match making. I know I do. one of the things I dislike about pc gaming is the lack of match making. I dont like server list. I just want to get in and play

Nice idea but I wonder how it will all work.

"Asynchronous match allows you to be [finding a new multiplayer instance] both in the game or while you’re doing something else — playing another game.”

So I assume you can have two games booted at the same time or least have one game in a kind of "dumb" mode where it is just looking for matches while playing another game. Sounds like a semi decent amount of memory would be needed just to have this feature.

Why does it take the Xbox fans a long time to comment in this thread? Maybe their out bashing Nintendo/Sony.
