Its just sad that the Texans lost 11 games in a row most of their losses came as a result of turnovers their defense is still pretty good and their offense would be decent if it didn't turn the ball over so much. I never thought in the beginning of the season that they would finish behind the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The '04 Raiders. After getting killed in the SB against Tampa, they've never tasted a whiff of success since.

The Jaguars team seems so motivated now that they know that Gabbert won't start again.

Reminds me of when Al Davis was trying to pass Jamarcus Russell off as a real NFL quarterback and the Raiders looked all-time bad. As soon as he got injured/benched, they got competitive with Bruce Gradkowski. Not because he was great or anything, but because everyboyd else felt like they at least had a legitimate shot at winning with somebody else.
