Remember when I said that the Texans will get the #1 draft pick, because they would get swept by the Jaguars? I was only half-serious at that point and didn't really believe it myself. Although I guess that's what everybody figured anyway.

I believe the Texans need to win two of the next three games to not get the #1 pick. No surprise Kubiak is gone, but I'm wondering if any 12-4 team has ever gone 2-14 the year after.
