That was just a pitiful effort by the Bungles. Wish I'd never started cheering for them. Underdogs are one thing but they take failure to a whole new level. Hope they ditch Marvin this year. Fat chance. Longest serving head coach in the league and the least deserving. Dalton will never take them anywhere either.

Fell asleep in the middle of the Colts-Chiefs game, so I didn't realize Indy had three TOs. Don't mind Rol though, he still has a sore rectum over a Vikings fan winning his baby.

Dang it Bengals!

I'm curiously unstressed about this game. Guess I'm just seeing it as playing with house money. And it's closer than I was expecting, considering how the last couple of games have gone.

Wow, I am really surprised the Bengals lost that game.  You've got a team that is 6th in the NFL in points scored, 5th in the NFL in points allowed, and 8-0 at home and they lose?  And only score 10 points?  Shut out in 3 quarters?  The Chiefs' backups scored 24 on the road against the Chargers last week.  Chargers are 12th in points for and 11th in points against in the NFL, by the way.

You just can't give the ball away that much.  The Bengals were actually +1 on the year for turnover margin, and the Chargers -4.  But that hides the fact that the Bengals were a high turnover(30) and high takeaway(31) team.  The Chargers were a low turnover(21) and low takeaway(17) team, which seems more sustainable if we are just talking about a single game.  The Bengals didn't get all the turnovers they are used to, and so the giveaways killed them.
