There would no point in him buying a system for that since he has a PS3. The HD version of DOTNW plus the oringal symphonia game are bundled in an HD remake in Feb I believe.

That's true, but that is a way's out and the Wii version I'm pretty sure is under $20.

I really really doubt 200$ is cheap for earthbound ... At that point, The Ouya is a more better choice, infinite Roms O_O
