Can't judge the PlayStation Dynamic Menu (PDM) yet as we haven't seen it fully yet, just a couple of quick glimpses and screen grabs. MS being a software company seem to be further ahead in finalising it's Dashboard than Sony. 1 Month till GamesCom.

I doubt this, since the Xbox 360 has essentially the same interface.  The Metro UI is already familiar to users, so there isn't a huge amount of relearning that users will have to face.  The PS4 has changed.

I'm sure there will be some people who dislike the UI because of its similarity with Windows 8, but the same can be said of the PS4.

i cant say im particularly fond of either UI of the current gen... next gen ui's look way better, but need to see more to say which i like better. however the ps4 ui i saw on the last post of first page appeals to me more currently. even still that my pins thing i bet will be the best

They both look ok but nothing special. The Xbox One's UI looks similar to the current 360 one.
From the pics I prefer the Xbox One UI.

360's UI is better than PS3's, i.e. easier to use and more informative. I expect the same next gen - and from the looks of these pics there will also be more Sony to Microsoft...um, let's call it "harmonization". Metro design took over, some hate it, I like it.

The "worst" will most probably again (and unfortunately) be Nintendo's UI. I really appreciate their different approach, but something tells me there's still room for much improvement although it already improved in comparison to Wii. Despite its simplistic design it sometimes still feels more complicated and less informative than necessary.
