360's UI is better than PS3's, i.e. easier to use and more informative. I expect the same next gen - and from the looks of these pics there will also be more Sony to Microsoft...um, let's call it "harmonization". Metro design took over, some hate it, I like it.
The "worst" will most probably again (and unfortunately) be Nintendo's UI. I really appreciate their different approach, but something tells me there's still room for much improvement although it already improved in comparison to Wii. Despite its simplistic design it sometimes still feels more complicated and less informative than necessary.
