Just a thread to discuss the differences between the Xbox One and PS4 UIs.

I prefer the XOne's UI.

There as has got to be something more to the PS4 UI navigation.

The XMB was easy to understand. Not sure yet what's going on with the UI in the PS4.

The Xbox One's UI seems easier to understand and navigate at the moment.

There has got to be more to the navigation in the PS4's UI.  I feel like we're missing something.

I don't have any problems with it otherwise.  It'd be interesting to see other aspects of the OS. 

Microsoft has given glimpses of the Xbox One's, but none of the nitty gritty details. 

I think we need to see these in action. Screen grabs aren't going to do them justice.

Having said that, the Xbox One interface reminds me of Windows 8 which should help people adapt.

I like them both. Can't wait for the "My consoles UI is better than your consoles UI" arguments.

They will be hilarious.

UI is the most important thing when it comes to home consoles 

Here are some much better ones for the PS4. All the same thing with different backgrounds. I guess it has customizable backgrounds! Kewl.

playstation 2 and original xbox are the benchmark standard for which all ui should be judged. These new gui are not beautiful.. they fail imo
