The one you have for the ps4 is just an updated version of "What's New" from ps3. So I don't know if that's the best one to represent the ps4 UI. They both look great to me either way though so far. I need to see them in front of me working on my TV before I give judgement on which ones the best.

Somewhat similar because of the box layout.

I'd go with PS4 only because I plan to get one.

I don't like either of them too much, the UIs look like they were meant more for a tablet than a console. That being said I like the X1 UI more, it's cleaner and more organized.

Actually it was more insanely cheesy than horrific to be fair.

I'd say that all three companies have had their fair share of "insanely cheesy" ads, so just let it go.

The Xbox One UI shown in this thread is the "home page" section whereas the PS4 one is the "whats new" section. It's not exactly a fair comparison, but it's what I expected from the OP.

I honestly don't care once I can turn on the console and get into a game without touching the dpad.

Xbones looks better having said that.

That sounds like you are justifying why the Xbox one looks better.  Very gracious of you.  (That ad was cheesy though) 

Actually I don't think any of them look "better". Not to mention it's not a fair comparison. The PS4 one looks cluttered and messy because it's actually the "whats new" section of the UI whereas the Xbox one is the main page.

With that said, from what I've seen of the Xbox and PS4 UI in other images, I think they both looks fantastic. Easy to use/fast navigation. I don't plan on staring at the UI for hours, maybe you do but I don't so it doesn't matter to me what they look like just as long as they are simple/fast.

Also, I didn't deny the ad was cheesy so...yeah.
