It is. The layout is horrible, ads load forever, quoting doesn't really work for me and it requires way too much bandwidth. I use it read-only on mobile.

Entering the settings is a mess. You have to press and hold the small icon in the upper right for the context menu to SOMETIMES show up. Horrible.

Safari - MacBook Pro; works well. After all, it is a desktop browser. (Which VGC seems to favor.)

Safari - iPhone 5; works surprisingly alright. Quoting works, editing works, load times are alright. The only thing that is extremely annoying are the ads that are extremely intrusive.
