It is. The layout is horrible, ads load forever, quoting doesn't really work for me and it requires way too much bandwidth. I use it read-only on mobile.

Entering the settings is a mess. You have to press and hold the small icon in the upper right for the context menu to SOMETIMES show up. Horrible.
