That conference seems too good to be true Raichu

That prediction doesn't seem that great.

I wouldn't be happy with that show.

I know this is a sensitive subject here in Empire but I would like Phil to say that they have listened and they announce a partnership with either Sakagushi or some other big name from Japan and thay are making some high profile RPG just like they did with 360's debuts. I may not like jrpgs but I understand their value. I would also like to hear that they made a partnership with Korean based Blueside Studio so they bring back KUF to Xbox.

Yeah, I have to agree here. Only 5 new announcements, 2 of which were heavily rumored beforehand (Battletoads and Banjo) with a 3rd that leaked beforehand (Gears remaser), so just 2 surprises. That's not enough for me.

Maybe I just have low expectations... But I mean Banjo Theeie, new IP, and exclusive Japanese game.
Coupled with everything we know like a Tomb Raider, Halo 5, Forza 6, Quantum Break, Scalebound, Gears Anniversary, and then Gears 4 teaser.

What all do you think would make a good conference?

I honestly don't think it's fair to diss a conference because of what you know from rumors...
If everything was leaked you're obviously going to naturally want more, but that will never truly be satisfied if everything continues to get spoiled; it's like a continual loop, and said gratification won't ever be attained through this cycle.

Well, personally I have no interest in Battletoads, Banjo 3, or Gears Remaster, so the Japanese exclusive and the new IP (Rare's new IP I presume since it's already confirmed for E3) would be the only things that might interest me. I need more than just 2 new announcements that I might like, unless said Japanese exclusive was something I really want, like Shenmue 3.

As far as new announcements go I'm honestly expecting Microsoft to dissapoint me. There's just so little time this year for new announcements thanks to the Windows 10 and HoloLens stuff, combined with the fact that they have alot of already announced games to show gameplay for, I don't see how they're going to have enough time to announce much else besides the stuff that has already leaked or has been heavily rumored. Obviously I hope that MS comes through with some big unexpected surprise that I'll like, but I'm not holding my breath. At least the already announced stuff should be good, I'm looking forward to the possible/likely Halo 5, RotTR, Forza 6, Scalebound, and Crackdown gameplay demos at least.
