It's cheaper but we shouldn't forget that PS4 is considered to be "the console to have" this gen even if most you would ask on the streets couldn't give you logical arguments why it's so much better for them personally. Many people will pay more for PS4 just because of that, not everyone obviously but yeah, it's like with other "must have products" in the eye of the public, they can't tell you why they should own this but they still know that they want this more than the other products.
