Sweet, Terraria 2 got announced today. PC/Mac only for now, but I'm sure it'll get released on consoles eventually.

It's not Terraria 2, it's a spin-off.

With the controversial surrounding The Order: 1886, I got a bit concerned about another cinematic heavy game.
Quantum Break! I like some cinematic experience but whenever the devs take too much control of the course of actions, it ruins players' immersion.
I have fear of QTEs abuse, episodic contents (I read/heard Sam Lake mentioning it) or a short and promising adventure.

It's basically Terraria 2. In fact, when the creator of Terraria was interviewed about a year ago he said the game they were working on was a sequel, not a spin-off. I think they just opted to have a subtitle, "Otherworld", for their sequel, instead of a number.

Well, in the official forum the devs all say that it's not Terraria 2 and that it has another approach which some Terraria fans will hate and some will like.

Loki also said that Terraria 2 is still a thing but that development hasn't begun yet.

€dit: and Cenx said "We have more than 1 team of people working on these projects. This game will in no way slow down or change the release dates of updates or future projects."

Remedy actually likes to talk about gameplay though. Heck they made their name with slow motion gameplay mechanics in max payne. I'm not to worried about Quantum break.

The Escapist

Prison 1 Defeated

Supplies Used

Sturdy Pickaxe Crafted from Stolen Wood, Files, and crowbar
Poster To hide the hole in the wall
Cop Uniform to Conceal my Identity
Blue Key Copied from Original Key on Guard and placed back in Pocket
Red Key Copied
Sturdy Wire Cutters

Took me too long to do all this but apparently its harder than the PC version that has no guard towers.  Now onto prison #2

yeah, naruto storm 2 was amazing to be me but since then its been repetitive. Didnt stop me from getting 1000gs in generations though xD

Generations was okay to me. And yeah, I got 1000G on every Naruto Storm game after 2

i only didnt have 1000gs on 2 because of one achievemnt that i never bothered to get. It was gamefly so i didnt feel like wasting time on storm 2 when I could get a new game. i didnt have that problem with generations because i bought it. But i decided against playing 3 and revolution because i feel like the series will be ruined to me by the time 4 comes around out of sheer repetitiveness.

Ltd predictions by the time 9th Gen comes out

Ps4:110million

Xbox one :75 million( was 65)

Wii u: 20 milliion

In the end only the mainline games should be bought (if you like them).
In the 360 case, Rise of a Ninja and the broken bond. Which were better games. Plus Storm 2-3.

Generations and revolution are both useless.

BTW, who is Loki? One of the devs I assume? I was referring to Andrew "Redigit" Spinks, he was the one who said that Terraria 2 was in the works over a year ago. So I'm guessing Terraria 2 development didn't start right away after that interview then, if this isn't the game he was referring to?

Loki is their community manager. The rest I said came from devs.

Cenx as example is lead dev / creative director and the wife of Andrew.

Lol I think it was the same for me. I never bothered getting one of the MP achievements.
