I don't mind the artsy style in and of itself, the problem is far too many devs sell games with little more than that now because they know they can get away with it. They know if they throw some trailers out there of some simplistic, shallow game, but it has that artsy style and atmospheric music.....that shit will sell. Even worse, these games will often get ridiculously high review scores because all these hipster game journalists wanna look like they "get it." I'm pretty sick of it

PS: That's not specifically an indictment of this game, as I haven't seen much/anything of it, or me saying there aren't some games who use that style which really are great. Just that's what always instantly comes to mind for me now when I see pics like that, because it's the case far too often

I know the choices made from the 2nd one effected the 3rd but as far as the 3rd one itself it seemed like no matter what you did as far as the war assets it always ended up with the same ending.
