I don't agree about consumers. In tech two years is a lifetime. Consumers have no issues with refreshing their phone and ipads every year. And the IPAD is more expensive then Consoles. As for devolpers it can't be that hard to up the textures and whatever else in the newer consoles. I mean these consoles are pretty much just PC's anyways. I think waititng 5-7 years between consoles is such old way of thinking. It's the only tech I know of that takes this long for a refresh.

XB1 currently has sustainable momentum in the US.

3/5 weeks in and looks like XB1 has maintained a very healthy lead over PS4. I guess it isn't over until it's over tho!!
