Nah.  They already have a few including Capcom's Dead Rising 3.  Capcom seems to be in a tight spot and SF4 makes their 3rd AAA exclusive deal in a span of 1 year.  Remember, they were on the verge of being sold off recently.  Id assume they have to get help somewhere and out of Sony and MSFT sony is probably the smarter option out of the two.  Even though SFIV sold over 3m on X360 it also sold close to 5m on PS3.  So id say it was a smart decision on Capcom's part.

As i said, im going to assume its a timed console exlusive because the popularity it had on X360 but there is no guarantee.  

I'm expecting the super/mega/hyper edition to be multi.

Uncharted is really good.  If you like Tomb Raider you will like Uncharted.  Theyre pretty identical but Uncharted is more light hearted where as Tomb Raider is a bit darker

Sony going all out buying everything, personally I don't care about SF or hello games but many do.
