Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Xbox Empire - New thread up soon!

I honestly don't know of any franchise from EA that I really want to see..... It'll come to me later I guess. Ubisoft though I'd like to see more of The Division, Far Cry 4 (not confirmed, but pretty much a given), and Assassins Creed Unity.

I hope MS figures out Europe soon and starts releasing in more territories.

What they really have to learn (at least in Germany) is to have better advertisement. Sony does a perfect job since PS1 here in Germany. If it is the amount of ads or how they advertise (like the super important Champions League sponsoring to get the football fans on your side).

A good example is how Sony uses the excluisve content for their ads. If Asscreed, Diablo, or in the next months Destiny and Watch Dogs, all these games get ads and all these ads mention the exclusive content. Not only will some people think that this content is very important and the PLaystation versions will be much better because of it, some will even understand as if the whole game is exclusive on Playstation if they have an ad like "Watch Dogs...great game blabla awesome graphics balabla extra content blabla only on Playstation"

What did Microsoft do with the exclusive Fifa content on German TV? I think nothing... If they pay for excluisve content why don't the do it like Sony and mention it all the time? Tell people that they can play with their stars like Fran Beckenbauer only on Xbox if you pay for it Microsoft lol

I'm hoping for mass effect 4, somewhat interested in Dragon Age Inquisition (never liked the first 2), some more UFC gameplay, and a next gen NHL game.

EA's E3 Conference
June 9th, 1PM PST.
I'm thinking they are first of the big 5's conferences.
Predictions?

Isn't MS always first? EA is usually second, at least that's how it's been in recent years.

EA will have a very strong show. We'll see more of Mirror's Edge 2, Dragon Age Inquisition, probably get some new Battlefront info (maybe some alpha footage), and I suspect they will announce at least 1, if not 2 new Star Wars games. I'm hoping one of them is a new KOTOR. Oh and they will definitely unveil the new Mass Effect.

People can hate EA all they want, but there's no denying they have firepower

I really liked Dragon Age 1 and  it is my 360 game with the second most Gamerscore (behind Halo 3) so that I'm really looking forward to DA3. I hope so much that they don't fuck it up

I see you wanted me back in the thread.

Sunset Overdrive yayyyyyyy! You guys told me E3! This is sooner than E3!

I hope it turns out good. I liked the aesthetic of the trailer and I like Insomniac. I want to see what they can do with next gen.

Oh yeah completely forgot about Mass Effect and Battlefront. I was a little worried that EA only had Madden and Fifa games.

Same here man. Love Dragon Age

I'm confident though, everything they've shown looks very good, and with all the time they've had to work on it I think it's clear EA learned their lesson and aren't rushing them this time around

@Angelus This is an excerpt from Gamespot:

"EA has scheduled its E3 2014 press conference.

The publisher confirmed to IGN that its conference will take place in the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium on Monday, June 9 2014.

EA has made no mention of what it might show off this year, although it is likely that we'll get to see the first glimpse of its new Star Wars titles in action, some more Mirror's Edge 2, and the usual showings of of a new Need for Speed and a suite of EA Sports games.

Traditionally, Microsoft holds the first E3 press conference on Monday morning and is then followed shortly afterwards by EA. Ubisoft shows off its latest wares in the afternoon, and then Sony rounds out the day. Nintendo usually opts to present its wares on Tuesday morning.

E3 2014 will run from June 10 through 12."

It may be to late with Destiny, I've run into several people that think it's only for PS4.
