And people wonder why stock prices jump all around for Nintendo. Idiotic analysis.
...meanwhile in the real world: Animal Crossing has sold over 4 Million units, Fire Emblem:A is on it´s way to crack the million barrier for the first time in the series´ history and they will launch a mainline Pokemon game in October...

Animal Crossing probably brings in more money than ios games combined in a single year. Appstore revenues are not that high. I don't even need to mention Pokemon or Monster Hunter.
Stupid analysis is stupid.
| RolStoppable said: It's strange that we have yet to see analysts say that Sony should go iOS. After all, it would make a whole lot more sense for Sony, because their handheld is tanking hard. |
Maybe because Sony has their own android powered Playstation mobile platform in which they are already publishing indie games.

Right, I knew about this failure. All the more reason for analysts to recommend Sony to go iOS, because Sony's current approach to portable gaming is a train wreck. |
Seems Sony is good at that, fostering "failures". PS3, PSV, Playstation Mobile, im sure one of these days their bad actions will catch up with them. Sony's current approach to portable is only what 10 years old? Most companies tend to have difficult sophomore products and Sony is no different with the Vita. As long as its not hindering its financials, like the 3DS did for Nintendo, then im sure Sony will continue to foster it and will learn from it going into their next portable venture.
I do have to question whether or not these analysts know a single thing about the industry. Clearly not.
What if the PS4 sells badly? Should Sony go to iOS, because they'd be in far more trouble than Nintendo are in right now (and they likely will be anyway with the Vita), or MS for that matter?
People just want Nintendo to fail for some reason. I don't know why, but it seems to be the dream of many. It's quite disturbing.

Microsoft has their own mobile platform for 13 years+( that is closely intergrated with windows 8 and its upcoming Xbox) and like I said previously Sony already has their with andriod (which on a userbase scale, far outeights iOS plus Sony has their own mobile division that makes andriod phones). Come one people.

Im sure Sony have forgotten the PSPgo, too. As an experiment, they don't appear to have learned much from it.
